Returns and refunds

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, contact chonymeng@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please keep proof of return shipment.

You pay the return shipping cost for a voluntary change-of-mind return. This does not limit your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described. Contact us with the details so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Statutory consumer rights

The 7-day voluntary return period does not replace any longer mandatory period. For eligible online purchases by consumers in the European Union, you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. You then have 14 days from notification to send the goods back. You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal.

For an EU statutory withdrawal, we refund the payments due, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Other mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Orders placed before this policy was updated remain subject to the return terms applicable at the time of purchase.
